Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the choker in its original velvet pouch and branded box to prevent any tangling or damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
